Having acted for residential property developers and private clients since staring her legal career, Kajal has a broad range of residential and commercial property experience. She provides support for acquisition of residential development sites, including statutory agreements and utility company easements, and handles numerous ground rent portfolio sales, leasehold enfranchisements, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Kajal also assists the plot sales team and has conduct of debt collection matters.
Kajal studied French at the University of Warwick prior to converting to Law. She joined Wood Glaister in 2007, and started her training contract in 2009. Having qualified as a Solicitor in January 2011, Kajal was made an Associate in October 2011.
